I can’t recommend Andrea and her coaching highly enough! I have done her sleep programme which was unbelievable.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia and they say that this condition is possibly brought on by lack of sleep amongst other things. I’ve always been a light sleeper since the birth of my son , but since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia my sleep problems skyrocketed, sometimes not even getting any sleep at all, culminating in terrible brain fog along with many other ailments.
However, I discovered Andrea and her course and I haven’t looked back since.
I did the course from the very beginning, doing the sleep diary onwards . It was tough to implement at first but it was well worth sticking with and Andrea is a wonderful support, very supportive and calming. I now sleep 8 hours almost every night and can’t thank Andrea enough?
My brain fog has improved no end and so has a lot of my fibromyalgia pain.
I am so very very glad I did this course.

Having suffered from chronic Insomnia for over 10 years I have tried all the different things to help me sleep - sleep hygiene, sleep supplements, sleep station via the NHS and eventually being given sleeping tablets by my doctor. Unfortunately only the sleeping tablets worked but I hated having to take them.
Then in February, I saw Andrea's post on fb and I contacted her. From the minute she started talking to me I felt confident that this was somebody who really understood my problem and, more importantly, might be able to help. I decided to start her programme and this is one of the best decisions I have ever made. We talked through how insomnia affected my life, and it became very apparent that Andrea had experienced exactly the same, so we were on the same wavelength from the very beginning.
After recording my sleep (or lack of it) patterns for a week, I sent the information to Andrea. We then had another zoom session where she explained how she could help me. At one point she mentioned that her course did include something akin to Sleep Station (which as stated above I had used before without success). Although this made me slightly nervous I decided to carry on, and it soon became obvious to me that Andrea's approach was so much more personal to me. I wasn't just another 'number' being contacted through impersonal messaging, but it was on a 1:1 , face to face basis.
Andrea and I have had weekly zoom calls, where we discuss how things have been for me, sleep efficiency, negative/positive thoughts, daytime light, naps, relaxation and much much more.
I've just had my last zoom call with Andrea as sleep no longer fills my mind. I think she said that I'm now a Carefree Sleeper. You have no idea how that makes me feel!!! However, if or when, I do have a blip I can contact Andrea via WhatsApp, and can also book another zoom call should I need additional reassurance.
So if anybody is considering contacting Andrea Wood, I would say don't hesitate. I didn't and I no longer think about sleep, it just happens. Thank you Andrea, keep doing what you do.’

I want to say how grateful I am to have found Andrea and to have made the decision to sign up to her course. Like many in her group, I have had serious sleep difficulties for many years (like nearly 20!!!!) but refused to accept that it was insomnia (what’s in a label?). When she explained about hyper-vigilance and how it affects sleep, it was like a light bulb going off and I knew I had to do this program. Through the process of using sleep ‘windows’ and her matter-of-fact explanations that removed the anxiety around ‘not getting enough’ sleep, I have developed a ‘tool box’ that I can access when I have a sleepless night. My sleep is SO much better, I am so much better…. I do still stay up until I am really tired, and that’s OK. I do still have the occasional sleepless night, but I can deal with it much more easily and it doesn’t bother me like it once would have. If you are looking for someone to help you with your sleep issues, you couldn’t pick a better person than Andrea.
