I have spent 4 months with Andrea coaching me to establish a sleeping pattern which allows me to live without fear of not sleeping and needing medication. After 18 years of meds to help me sleep, I found myself having to wean off them and as a result my brain had forgotten how to sleep naturally.

I was unable to function, every aspect of life was impacted.

In complete despair, I contacted Andrea and, after some hesitation due to cost and skepticism, I took the leap.

It was the best thing I did. The first 3 weeks were awful, but Andrea was there whenever I needed her to encourage me to stick with it. I did and slowly saw improvements. During the course I love your calm, relaxed, reassuring manner. Everything you said made perfect sense.

Knowing you have been through this and you are sharing the knowledge you have learnt along the way was really reassuring. I picked up so much information I didn't know along the way, some information I did know, but your clear explanations helped me with a better understanding of it. I really like the way the course is set up now where you can dip into any part of it and also revisit it as often as you like. I know I will be revisiting it alot in the future!
